Here's another layout completed this weekend...using some 4th of July pics from THIS year...might as well get 'em scrapped while I'm in the mood...right?
Anyhoo, I've been seeing these paper pop up stars in a few places this July, on cards AND layouts and decided to give it a go...I used a punched star to keep the size equal from one to the next....love the dimension they added to the layout....
Detail shot...
Also loving the brown that was in the palette of the BoBunny Block Party paper line...makes everything VERY versatile, not just 4th of July papers....
Supply List:
BoBunny Block Party Patterned Paper, Alphabet Stickers and Chipboard Accents
Bazzill Prismatics Cardstock
American Crafts Journaling Pen
EK Success Star Punch
Xyron and Adhesives by 3L (dimensional adhesive)
I've been enjoying some creative energy lately (it's about time!!!)....here's a layout I did last night...love how this BoBunny line, Petal Pushers, can be both fresh and clean looking, like in the layout below and ethnic and exotic, like in my card from yesterday's post...and YES, you've seen these pictures before...I've been scrappin' them ALOT....I think I get to keep this layout, though!!
Detail shot...loving the rolled flowers lately....
Supply List:
BoBunny Petal Pushers patterned paper, chipboard accent
BoBunny Peacock Lane Button and Gem pack
BoBunny Pink Alphabet Letters
EK Success journalling pen
Xyron and Beacon Adhesive
Toodles...thanks for stoppin' by!!
Remember my pinwheel flower tutorial over at the Story Matters??? Well, Ive added an extra detail to my flowers and AM LOVING the effect....here's a sample:
It's the same process, except I use a border punch first to add some detail to the outside edge...don't use a punch that's too lacy as the fine punched edges won't stand up when you're forming the flower...on this one I used the Martha Stewart Doily Lace Edger (by EK Success)....LOVE IT!!
Supply List:
BoBunny Petal Pushers Patterned Paper
Bazzill Prismatics Cardstock
EK Success punches (border and circle)
Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type alphabet letters
Signo Uniball white pen
Xyron and Beacon Adhesive
Toodles...that's all for now!!
